A 10 days health guarantee accompanies every Yorkie puppy purchased from us. Within 1-4 days of shipping your Yorkie puppy, we require you to take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian for a checkup. If the VET finds out within the first 10 days of purchasing the puppy that it is sick of an illness contracted before the delivery date, you should contact us immediately.
Our Yorkie puppies are 100% safe, secure, and guaranteed to be in good health and free from any signs of infection when we ship them to you. We take pride in saying that our relationship with you doesn’t end once you take home a Yorkie puppy from us. As a family of breeders and experienced Yorkie counselors, we would wish to believe that nothing can ever go wrong with our puppies. However, some things are not always in our control because a Yorkie’s health depends on genetics, exercise, nourishment, and overall daily care.

We don’t believe your puppy is replaceable due to emotional attachments. Still, we believe that sometimes the pains of losing a puppy can be reduced when we can offer you another puppy of equal value. In case of the unforeseen event of death within one year from its purchase date, or if the Yorkie is found to possess health disorders (within 1 year) that adversely affects the health of the Yorkie puppy, we’ll replace it with another puppy of equivalent value at no cost to you. The reason for death should be certified by a certified VET technician, and we shall expect you to email us a copy of this health report.
